Felty-Syndrom
Als Felty-Syndrom wird die Kombination einer seropositiven, zu rascher Destruktion neigenden Polyarthritis (ca. 3% aller Polyarthritisfälle [Pinals 2001]) mit Splenomegalie und Leukopenie sowie Granulozytopenie bezeichnet. Dem Syndrom liegen komplexe immunologische Mechanismen zugrunde.
